Shenbao heat pump units provide centralized heating for 23800 square meters of buildings in Shandong Province

In recent days, the lowest temperature in Binzhou City, Shandong Province has dropped to -14 ℃. The air source heat pump heating station in the management area of No. 1 Oil Production Mine of Binnan Oil Production Plant, which was designed, provided and constructed by Zhongshan Shenbao Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd., still operates stably and efficiently.

Located in the suburb of Bincheng, Binzhou City, Shengli Oil Field Binnan Oil Production Plant Oil Production No. 1 Mine Management Area has 29 offices, dormitories, canteens and other buildings, covering an area of 238.39 million square meters. The end of the area is heated by radiators, and the buildings are not insulated (the windows are also single storey). Originally, coal-fired boilers were used for heating here, but due to environmental protection needs, it has now been changed to air source heat pump centralized heating.

1、 Load calculation and equipment selection

According to the meteorological parameters of Binzhou provided in the Code for Design of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, the calculated temperature for outdoor heating in winter is -7.6 ℃, and the calculated humidity is 62%; The indoor temperature shall meet the requirement of 18 ℃; Based on the structure and insulation situation of the building, the heat load for winter heating with radiators in this building project is calculated to be 1290kW. Considering the actual situation, the heat loss of outdoor public pipelines and a certain margin left, the total heat load increases by 10% of the margin, and the heating demand of the heat pump unit at the design temperature is 1419kW.

The plan selects the low ambient temperature air source heat pump (chiller) unit ZY-KBSY90A developed by Shenbao Company. Referring to the technical data of the heat pump unit's heating conditions, in winter, when the outdoor ambient temperature is -7.6 ℃ and the heating water supply temperature is 45 ℃, the heating capacity of one ZY-KBSY90A heat pump unit is about 62.6kW; From this, it can be seen that 23 sets of ZY-KBSY90A low ambient temperature air source heat pump (chiller) units are selected for the building of this project, and the total heating capacity at the calculated outdoor heating temperature is approximately 1439.8kW; It can meet the heating needs of the building in this project and intelligently adjust the number of hosts running according to indoor needs.

In addition to the heat pump unit, the heating station is also equipped with main equipment such as a 15 ton insulation water tank, a 30KW unit circulating water pump, a 45KW end circulating water pump, a distribution cabinet, and a water pump frequency converter.
